Australian Media Business

We worked originally with this company to reconstitute its board prior to relisting.  Subsequently we were engaged when the incumbent CEO was fired as a result of flagging ratings and declining profitability.  There was an imminent need to prepare for the broadcasting of a major international sports program that could make or break the network as well as get ready for a move to digital service.

Our challenge was to find the new CEO and work with him to put together a team capable of delivering the strategy on time and within budget.  The business has since become the most profitable and successful operator in Australasia.
