Executive Search

Our focus in search assignments is on directors, CEOs and senior executives, usually as part of a broader relationship.  We increasingly find ourselves using our knowledge of our clients and the work associated in executing their strategies to project manage search assignments carried out in other firms.  This both avoids any conflict of interest and allows us to appropriately consider internal candidates, a resource frequently overlooked when an external search is let.
