When strategies change, leaders need to help teams adjust.  In many cases, leaders hold meetings and email Power Point slides, but fail to create real understanding of the changes that will be required to execute the strategy successfully.

We work with individuals in critical leadership roles and with senior teams to ensure that they understand what they need to do and how they need to do it to deliver their piece of the strategy.
