Charles Carnegie

Charles holds a Mechanical Engineering degree from Melbourne University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.  Charles'career has spanned both line management and consulting.  Charles has driven senior line management expansion across multiple sectors in both Australia and the USA.  Charles has executed strategy with companies as diverse as Accenture, P&G, Boral and Cincinnatti Bell, including business turnarounds in the manufacturing and construction sectors and deployment of major technology projects.

In 1999 Charles moved to the USA and partnered with Cisco for the first major ADSL network rollout in the USA.  Returning to Australia in 2006, he founded the Waypoint Group with Dennis McDonald. Charles’ practical experience in a range of industry and services sectors, coupled with a strong systematic approach, forms the foundation of his consulting work on Strategy Execution.
